Your chosen language course, accommodation in EF Homestay with a half-board meal plan, online pre-course for all European language courses, and a weekly activity program.
Only the enrollment fee and Cancellation Protection are due at the time of booking. A deposit of 20% of the course fee is due 14 days after booking. Another 20% of the course fee is due 45 days after booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the course start date.
As safety and security are our top priority, all students traveling with EF Language Abroad are required to have travel insurance. The policy must cover medical expenses in case of illness and accident. For your convenience, EF offers a post-departure (excluding trip cancellation) insurance plan to U.S.-based students* through Travelex Insurance Services. For more information on the Travelex plan, ef.edu/travel-insurance Required coverage: Accident and Sickness – $100,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment – $50,000 Medical Evacuation and Repatriation – $150,000 Non-Medical Evacuation – $100,000 Highly recommended coverage: Trip Interruption – $2000 Travel Delay – $900 . *This plan is available to residents of U.S. States (excluding WA) and the District of Columbia only.
EF can organize both flights and airport transfers. Simply contact your nearest EF office for an offer.
Most EF courses start every other week, and, in July and August, every week. Contact an EF Study Abroad Advisor for a personalized offer.
EF Course Materials are needed to follow the EF course curriculum, and the prices for those will be shown in your detailed offer.
EF Cancellation Protection is available upon enrollment and charged as a one-time, non-refundable fee. This covers cancellations before departure due to illness or injury that prevents travel.
