EF’s mission is to open the world through education. Since 1965, our educational programs have helped over 15 million people of all ages and nationalities become citizens of the world. Today, we operate 540 schools and offices in 54 countries and have a network of 46,500 teachers and staff who strive to provide the highest quality educational experience.
EF has developed its own innovative teaching method, the EF Efekta Learning System, based on rapid progress through personalized study. EF guarantees that students will advance one language level every six weeks thanks to our blend of classrooms lessons, interactive tools and cultural immersions. Our high standards for education are recognized worldwide with accreditations from organizations including the British Council, EAQUALS and ACCET.
EF collaborates with top universities to fundamentally improve the way students learn languages. Network scholars explore advances in linguistics, teaching, technology, testing and cultural immersion. Together, we are committed to research and innovation that will shape the future of the language learning.
