What’s included in the course fee?
Your chosen language course
Shared room in a Homestay with half board (breakfast & dinner Mon-Fri and all meals on weekends) or in select EF Residences (see individual destination pages)
How do I get to my EF Campus?
EF can organize both flights and airport transfers. Simply contact the EF Admissions office for an offer
Course start dates
EF Language Year and Language Semester start in January, April, September and June in select locations. Additionally, you can add "Pre-Weeks' to get an early start on your program.
EF Multi-Language Year has start dates every Monday of the year.
When do I need to pay?
Enrollment fee ($295), Cancellation Protection ($150) and Peace of Mind Protection ($170) are due at the time of booking
14 days after booking, the deposit of 20% of the course fee is due
45 days after booking, another 20% of the course fee is due
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the course start date
Monthly payment plans may also be available for early bookings
Do I need travel insurance?
All students must have travel medical insurance coverage. Please discuss with your EF Study Abroad Advisor if you need ideas of where to find providers.
Cancellation and Peace of Mind Protection
EF Cancellation Protection is available upon enrollment and charged as a onetime, non-refundable fee of $150. This covers cancellations before departure due to illness. EF Peace of Mind Protection is available upon enrollment and charged as a onetime, non-refundable fee of $170. This covers cancellations due to border restrictions and free rebooking for any reason, up to 60 days before departure.
