Exam description
Cambridge English exams can be used as proof of proficiency for university admissions, immigration or employment in most English-speaking countries. Offered in computer-based and paper-based formats, the exams test reading, writing, listening, speaking and use of English. Cambridge English Language Assessment is the part of the University of Cambridge that provides qualifications for English language learners.
Exam dates & preparation courses
All EF campuses that offer Cambridge English Exam Preparation have programs tailored for March, June and December exam dates. The end date of your program can be extended to meet an exam date if required.
Exam Dates 2025/ 2026:
(B2) Cambridge First Certificate of English (FCE):
2025: 14th March, 10th June, 21st August, 13th December.
2026: 28th February, 9th June, 27th August, 7th November.
(C1) Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE):
2025: 22nd March, 4th June, 22nd August, 13th December.
2026: 18th February, 6th June, 28th August, 5th December.
(C2) Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE):
2025: 1st March, 7th June, 13th December.
2026: 7th March, 6th June, 26th November.
